Facilitating Digital Poster Sessions

Tuesday, October 20, 2020:  1:00 PM - 2:00 PM

The registration period has closed for this event.

Academic posters are an assignment in many Colgate courses, especially in the sciences. This workshop is designed for faculty who are interested in exploring options for academic posters that can be virtually shared, ways to remotely facilitate poster presentations and alternatives for communication during poster presentations. In this workshop, the Learning and Applied Innovation group (ITS) and the Center for Learning, Teaching and Research (CLTR) will share two models for digital poster sessions. Time will be reserved for participants to brainstorm and discuss the design of digital poster sessions and to explore the options available at Colgate for hosting digital poster sessions.

This session will take place as a Zoom meeting. Participants will receive the link to join the meeting via their confirmation email.
