If you do not know your Login ID or password, click the "Forgot" button.  You will be prompted to enter your email address.  If this email address is already in the system, you will be sent an email with your Login ID and a link you can use to reset your password.  Be sure to complete the password reset process.  Then, you can use the Login ID and reset password to access your account. 

Note: the system may take up to 10 minutes to generate some automated messages and your email system may initially direct these to your Junk or Spam folders.  Be sure to mark these messages as Not Junk (or similar) in order to receive future messages without issue.
