Course Description

Creating Special Education Classrooms that Work is a professional learning community series for 1st and 2nd year special education teachers. During this series participants will dive into specially designed instruction, high quality programming guides and behavioral strategies to help improve outcomes for students with disabilities. Participants will collaborate with educators from around Kent County to discuss ideas for implementation, troubleshoot challenges, and create a professional network dedicated to strengthening relationships and social connections within our school communities. This series has 5 dates spread out throughout the 2021-22 School year. Please be sure that you can commit to attending all dates of the series.
