In my educational leadership roles, I have personally witnessed the impact empowered teachers have on classrooms and learning, and it's my passion to help coach and shape school leaders to continually grow their teachers--love them through the process. I started my educational leadership journey as the Secondary English Administrator for the Brownsburg Community School Corporation in Brownsburg, Indiana. From there, I served as a Learning Specialist for the Central Indiana Educational Services Center, and I have also taught as an adjunct professor for Butler University's Experiential Program for Preparing School Principals (or EPPSP). I am the co-author of the school leadership book, Arrows: A Systems-Based Approach to School Learning, and I am the founder of Rosebrock Consulting
