The scaffolds and strategies can be used across content areas and differentiated to all grade levels. Participants will leave with helpful tools and examples of each strategy. This live session will be recorded and shared afterwards with all who are registered.

Jennifer Frankowiak is an elementary ELD/Newcomer teacher in West Bloomfield, Michigan. She has been an ELD teacher for 5 years. Prior she taught 1st/2nd grade for 11 years and spent 4 years as a reading specialist. She is married and has a 12 year old daughter.

* Registrants who notify WVEC of their cancellation on or before the registration deadline date will not be required to pay the registration fee.
* Registrants who cancel after the registration deadline but before the workshop date or call to cancel on the day of the workshop will pay 50% of the registration fee.
* Registrants who neglect to call or notify the WVEC of their cancellation will be responsible for paying the full fee.
* On official school corporation weather-related cancellation days, registrants will not be required to pay registration fees.
