Federal Partners contact Janet Rogers, jmrogers@unmc.edu. A block of rooms have been reserved for a per diem rate of $138 per night plus applicable tax, for single/double occupancy. Reservations can be made now through Aug. 25, 2023 or until the block is sold out, whichever comes first.
Cancellations:
- All cancellation requests must be received in writing by August 25, 2023.
- No refunds will be made after August 25, 2023.
- Send written cancellation requests via email to Janet Rogers jmrogers@unmc.edu.
- Any cancellations prior to this date will be refunded in full, minus a $75 processing fee.
- Please note that in the event of a cancellation, any expenses incurred by the registrant, such as travel, will not be reimbursed.
