Join us December 8, 9, and 10, 2021 for the 2021 CityMatCH Leadership and MCH Epidemiology *Virtual* Conference! We look forward to sharing exceptional content from the main stage to breakouts. Plenaries and skills-building sessions will be offered live, and will be recorded. Abstract sessions will be pre-recorded and available on-demand! Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be received in writing by Monday, November 15, 2021. No refunds will be made after this date. Any cancellations prior to this date will be refunded in full, minus a $75 processing fee. Send written cancellation requests via email to jmrogers@unmc.edu. Please note that in the event of a cancellation, any expenses incurred by the registrant, such as travel, will not be reimbursed.

  • Check payment information can be found in the confirmation email received after registration.
  • Individuals paying the student rate may be required to present proof of student status.
  • Once registration information has been submitted, changes cannot be made manually to the application. Should you need to make a change, please contact citymatchconference@unmc.edu.

CityMatCH is a national membership organization of city and county health departments' maternal and child health (MCH) programs and leaders representing urban communities in the United States. CityMatCH's mission is to strengthen public health leaders and organizations to promote equity and improve the health of urban women, families, and communities.

The CityMatCH Urban Maternal and Child Health Leadership Conference and the Maternal and Child Health Epidemiology Conference join forces on a biennial basis for the CityMatCH Leadership and MCH Epidemiology Conference. The conference convenes a diverse audience of more than 700 professionals from across the United States and globally, all working to improve the health of women, children and families.
