At times, there appears to be a disconnect between students and their clinical instructors. Through the identification of effective feedback strategies, the missing piece in the feedback look can be put in place to help close the loop and thus help to improve student performance.

Program Objectives:

  • Identify effective feedback strategies and provide the knowledge to employ these in the clinical setting
  • Recognize the role, qualities, and importance that a mentor provides to health education students
  • Discuss how to foster a positive mindset within students
  • Collaborate with other health professionals to identify best practices for working with students

In order to receive continuing education hours for this event, you must meet the following completion requirements:

  • Attendance at the entire activity
