We welcome all nurses, social workers, mental health practitioners, respiratory therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, medical assistants and other healthcare professions interested in learning more about Healthcare Legal Issues in 2020-2021.
This program will identify some of the healthcare legal issues of 2020-2021. We all know that healthcare providers and facilities were challenged in 2020, but how did that shape or influence healthcare legal priorities and cases?

Education Credit: 1.0 Education hours. Nebraska Methodist College Division of Professional Development assigns education hours based on 60 minutes of classroom instruction for each offering. Participants may use these for their professional continuing education hours and toward re-licensure if so approved within the standards and guidelines of their discipline.
