Audience

We welcome all nurses, physicians, EMS, EMTs, and other healthcare professionals interested in learning more about stroke recognition, diagnosis, and initial management.


Details

During this program, Dr. Brian Westerhuis will highlight stroke recognition, diagnosis, and acute management.

 

Program Objectives:

  • Define what a stroke is
  • Identify typical symptoms of stroke
  • Recognize diagnostic resources
  • Explain acute management of stroke

 

In order to receive continuing education hours for this event, you must meet the following completion requirements:

  • Attendance at the entire activity
