Audience

We welcome all Nurses, Physicians, social workers, licensed mental health providers, respiratory therapists, physical therapists, occupational therapists, EMS/Paramedics, and other healthcare professionals caring for the behavioral health patient.


Details

The purpose of this conference is to increase awareness while providing education, support, and resources in caring for the behavioral health patient.

 

Program Objectives:

  • Explore resolving conflict through mindfulness
  • Discuss alcohol withdrawal and resources to utilize for patients/families
  • Explain vicarious trauma and how that impacts healthcare providers

 

In order to receive continuing education hours for this event, you must meet the following completion requirements:

  • Attendance at the entire activity
