We welcome all nurse leaders and nurses desiring to learn more about leadership.


Details

At this conference we are going to discuss the psychology of change. We are going to look at our current personal practices to see how we can drop little bits of joy into our lives so we can than infuse joy into our team. Prepare for a work session with your peers to help show how you can relate this all back to the NMHS strategic plan, mission, vision and values!

 

Program Objectives:

  • Describe the psychology of workplace change
  • Engage in reflection to connect meaning and value as a nurse leader
  • Identify activities to increase joy in the workplace

 

In order to receive continuing education hours for this event, you must meet the following completion requirements:

  • Attendance at the entire activity
