The 239th Diocesan Convention will be a one-day hybrid meeting on March 4, 2023.
Attendees will be able to take part online or attend in-person. The site for in-person attendance will be Trinity Cathedral in Trenton. We will accommodate seating for voting members first. Plans are subject to change based on Covid-19 guidelines and community impact.
Parking at the Cathedral is for those with handicaps or other issues that require nearby parking. On-street parking in the area around the Cathedral is limited, so we encourage carpooling. The parking lot at the Arthur Holland School on the corner of 1001 West State Street and Parkside Avenue has been secured for additional parking along with a shuttle van. Simply follow Parkside Avenue to the rear of the school and enter the gated parking lot. Wait for the shuttle van.
If you need to make hotel reservations for Friday, March 3, you should investigate the hotels in the area. The Route 1 corridor is closest, along with the Marriott near the Mercer Airport in Trenton.
Voting for offices, resolutions, and the Budgets will be performed electronically.
Attendees must bring their own devices for voting needs—iPads, phones, laptops, etc.
Note: Voting members refers to canonical clergy and elected/certified lay deputies eligible to vote. Non-voting participants refers to licensed clergy, alternates, and guests.
Non-voting members and guests may join the livestream on YouTube using a link made available closer to the date.
