A+ College Ready's Fall Workshop Series for teachers in grades 6 – 10 (11 in math) is designed as follow-up training for teachers implementing the course specific curriculum presented at the A+ College Ready E3 four-day summer training event. Workshops are designed to deepen teachers' content knowledge, to expand on pedagogical skills associated with the lessons, and to strengthen implementation strategies such as differentiation, assessment, technology infusion, engaging learners, etc.

A+ College Ready teachers who have signed a Letter of Agreement (LOA) for the 2021-2022 school year are expected to complete all attendance requirements. Upon completion, program teachers will be sent a reflection to complete for any associated stipend.

Professional development credit hours will be awarded in PowerSchool after completion of this event (from which a Certificate can be printed). Instructions for how to register for professional development credit hours in PowerSchool will be included in the materials shared during the event.


A+ College Ready will abide by the CDC and training venue guidelines at the time of the training event. Based on current guidelines, masking will be required for all staff and participants.



Event Fees

Teachers from A+ College Ready Program Schools (Cohorts 12,13,14, MSTIP) may attend at no cost. Teachers from A+ College Ready Partner Schools may attend at a cost of $100. Non-affiliated and private school teachers are welcome to attend at a cost of $200.


Payment can be made by credit card or purchase order, but the purchase order number or name of your authorizing administrator will be requested as part of your registration. If paying by purchase order, the purchase order MUST be emailed to purchaseorders@aplusala.org before registration closes or your registration may be subject to cancellation.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will be accepted until 10/26/2021 10:59 PM. A $200 no-cancellation/no-show fee may charged to the school or district of the registered participant if a registration is not cancelled.


A+ College Ready reserves the right to cancel courses by the registration close date if registration numbers are too low.
