Registration open through 11/3/2022 12:00 PM Central Time (US & Canada)
The A+ College Ready Fall Conference for Advanced Placement teachers is designed to strengthen content knowledge and to expand access to instructional strategies and resources for both novice and experienced AP teachers. Each conference will feature nationally recognized AP consultants as well as successful Alabama practitioners. In addition to high quality teaching and learning, participants will have the opportunity to network with AP colleagues from all over the state.
A+ College Ready teachers who have signed a Letter of Agreement (LOA) for the 2022-2023 school year are expected to complete all attendance and assignment requirements. Upon completion, program teachers will be sent a survey to complete for any associated AP Fall Conference stipend.
Professional development credit hours will be awarded in PowerSchool after completion of this event (from which a Certificate can be printed). Instructions for how to register for professional development credit hours in PowerSchool will be included in the materials shared during the event.
PROGRAM SCHOOLS (NO FEE)
Teachers from A+ College Ready Program Schools (Cohorts 13, 14, 15, and MSTIP) may register at no cost. Program schools are those which are currently participating in the program. Please click this LINK if you are unsure of your school's status.
ITIP TEACHERS (NO FEE)
Teachers who are participating in the A+ College Ready ITIP program may register at no cost, but MUST enter the 8 digit ID that appears in the A+ College Ready Data Reporting System (located under 'Profile') in order to receive a discounted registration.
PARTNER SCHOOLS ($200 REDUCED FEE)
Teachers from A+ College Ready Partner Schools may attend for $200 (half-price). All former program schools in cohorts 1-12 now have partner school status (partner school list linked here).
NONAFFILIATED PUBLIC AND PRIVATE SCHOOLS ($400 FEE)
Nonaffiliated and private school teachers will be charged the full registration fee of $400.
If paying by purchase order, the purchase order MUST be emailed to email@example.com before registration closes or your registration may be subject to cancellation. Purchase orders should include your name, school name and the name of the event for which you are registered.
Cancellations will be accepted up to 11/3/2022 12:00 PM. If not received, a $200 no-cancellation/no-show fee will be charged to the school or district of the registered participant.
