At our next Coaching for All Seasons session, author Beth Slevcove discusses the importance of self-compassion as an act of receiving God's compassion in and through ourselves. Without this intentional practice of receptivity, and the self-care that stems from it, we will not be able to heal or hold the space for others to heal from the incredible amount of trauma, loss, and grief the world has experienced during this pandemic.
