THEOASIS - Theological Oasis for Church Professional Leaders

A joint church leaders' event for rostered leaders, professional lay church staff, youth leaders, church administrators, office managers, outdoor ministry leaders, worship leaders... ALL are welcome!

 

Theme:

“Bound by Grace, Bound by Race: What does this mean?”

 

Schedule:

• Tuesday, October 17 - Registration opens at 12:00 p.m., with Theoasis programming beginning at 2:00 p.m. at the Embassy Suites, La Quinta
• Thursday, October 19 - Theoasis ends by 12:00 p.m., following closing worship.

 

Program Fees
Rostered Leaders/Lay Staff/Ministry Partners:
$325

Retired Rostered/Interns/Candidates/Non-Rostered Spouse:
$245

Please note: Spouses who attend must register and pay the program fees to receive event meals and participate in general sessions.

 

Scholarship Information
A limited number of registration scholarships are available, up to the full registration fee. To request a scholarship, CLICK HERE to access an online scholarship application. The application deadline is September 5. Applicants will be notified by September 9 as to the outcome of their request. Once notified, recipients must register by October 1 to receive the scholarship credit.

 

Hotel Information

Theoasis takes place at the Embassy Suites, La Quinta (not Palm Desert), located at 50-777 Santa Rosa Plaza, La Quinta. Hotel reservations must be made directly with the hotel. The discounted rate deadline is September 15 OR until the group block has sold out, whichever comes first. PLEASE BOOK EARLY as we cannot add discounted rooms once the room block is full. Golf Tournament
An optional golf tournament will be held the afternoon of Wednesday, October 18 at Palm Desert Country Club (77-200 California Drive, Palm Desert). The cost is $85 per person. To register for the golf tournament, please select the Golf Tournament option found on the Theoasis registration page.
