December is a hectic time of the year with shopping, decorating, and getting things ready for another holiday season. And in the church, it's a busy time as we prepare and plan for celebrating the great festival of Christmas. 

It can seem overwhelming.

As a way to set some time aside for prayer, meditation, and silence, our December Pacifica Coaching theme is “The Calm before the Storm” - a time for rest, renewal, and reset. During our gathering, Darryl W. Kozak, one of our Pacifica coaches and pastor of Peace Lutheran Church in Corona, will lead this session with a guided meditation to center ourselves followed by a time of prayer and silence. You'll be invited to join three breakout groups each focusing on a different topic. 

We hope this will provide a safe space for you to simply rest in God's Spirit.
