A 4% surcharge will be added to all transactions. This surcharge can be waived by selecting the 'Pay by Check' option; however, the 4% surcharge will need to be manually deducted from the total.

$50 for up to 10 Continuing Education Units for a variety of professions. Approval pending from:
Midwest Multistate Division, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation. Midwest MSD Provider Approval #MO224-3.
This conference will qualify for continuing education hours as required by many national, state, and local licensing boards and professional organizations. Save your course outline, certificate of completion, and contact your specific organization for filing requirements. Please bring your license/certification number to the conference. In the event of late arrival or early departure, amended certificates indicating the actual number of credit hours earned will be provided. The hours of remote attendees pursuing CEs are tracked by the Whova Conference app. This conference contains intermediate level content.
For the safety of all at our conference, attendees are strongly encouraged to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19. In the event of fever or other signs of illness, attendee will be allowed to participate only remotely. Face coverings will be required and physical distancing will be encouraged. Following all other CDC and local guidelines will be required. Refunds will be offered only until April 12, 2023, even if one cannot attend due to COVID-19 symptoms. No refunds will be offered due to technical issues, as all sessions will be recorded and posted in the Whova application for viewing up to 14 days after the conference. AADD reserves the right to offer the conference only by videoconference if circumstances warrant. In addition to standard practices, the St. Charles Convention Center utilizes, throughout its facility, an ionization system that neutralizes bacteria and viruses (including COVID-19). To further ensure safety, an additional UV lighting system has been installed into the air handlers.

The Association on Aging with Developmental Disabilities (AADD) was initially formed in 1989 as a special interest group and became incorporated in 1994. AADD has a primary objective of bringing the aging and developmental disability fields together to create and provide best practices for people aging with developmental disabilities.
