The Hub is a new non-profit organization centered on vitality, community, and hospitality in the Argentine neighborhood. Volunteer opportunities include working in the food pantry and clothing ministry cleaning, sorting, organizing and more.

KC Farm School empowers individuals through on-farm, hands-on experiences and vocational education connecting them to the land and soil, food, themselves and their communities. Volunteer opportunities include farm/garden projects like mixing soil, planting seeds in trays, transplanting sprouts, tending the field, improving the décor of the farm or cleaning up the nature trail.
Adelante Thrift - 3720 State Ave., Kansas City, KS 66102
Adelante Thrift provides low cost household and clothing items to allow people, no matter where they come from, to have the dignity of providing for themselves and their families. Volunteer opportunities range from sorting, pricing and stocking merchandise to arranging department displays, and more.
Hillcrest Transitional Living - 738 N. 31st St., Kansas City, KS 66102
Hillcrest provides transitional housing and other programs that combat homelessness by building the self-sufficiency of families. Volunteer opportunities include cleaning apartments, painting and/or outdoor clean up.
Something to Eat - Student Center, Bldg. C, Leawood Campus
We will be packing meals that help families with food insecurities in our community, throughout the U.S. and globally.
