2022 Summer Middle School Weight Training for Boys and Girls

Dates: June 7th - July 14th (Tuesday/Thursday) in the DCHS weight room

All grades incoming fall of ’22

Dowling Catholic High School will again offer our weight training readiness program this summer. Our readiness program is designed to teach safety, spotting and appropriate lifting techniques. We never put weight on anyone that can't handle their own body weight. The emphasis is on technique rather than strength. All students are required to graduate from our readiness program before they are allowed to participate in our regular training program that many of our high school athletes participate in.


Lifting days - Tuesday & Thursday mornings 

Times: 8:00 - 9:00 AM - 8th grade boys 

9:00 - 10:00 AM - 7th grade boys & all girls

Dates: Begins Tuesday, June 7th
Ends Thursday, July 14th

Cost $100
