Transfer of information is critical in both business and personal relationships; however, we sometimes lack the skills to make our communication effective. In this session, participants will become aware of the unconscious assumptions they make when communicating with others and identify personal barriers to successful communication. They will then explore the keys to improving their communication skills and develop their own communication toolbox.
