It is inevitable that there will be times that conflict exists in the workplace. This workshop will help participants explore the nature of conflict and why it occurs. They can develop some personal emotional awareness around their own triggers and develop strategies for not only resolving conflict but also using it for personal growth and development.

• Define strategies for resolving conflict and using conflict for personal growth
