This one-day childbirth class is ideal for couples who want a fast-paced class, and who learn best by participating in activities and practice sessions.

By watching short videos and participating in a series of discussions and interactive activities, you'll learn:

• What to expect during labor
• How to cope with contractions
• Relaxation strategies
• Breathing techniques
• Information about pain medications and epidurals
• Medical procedures used to resolve common labor complications

You'll leave class with a variety of options for coping with labor pain, a birth preferences plan, and a basic postpartum plan.

• This is an instructor-led live, remote class.

• Attend between 28-38 weeks of pregnancy.
