If you're not quite ready to venture out for our in-person Breastfeeding Friends group, this virtual group is a great alternative!

Every breastfeeding woman benefits from guidance and support. In this breastfeeding mothers' group, you'll get plenty of both. Share your experiences, ask questions, and hear what's worked for other mothers. This group is guided by an experienced lactation consultant. The content for each session is determined by the group members' needs. Topics discussed may include:

• The early weeks of breastfeeding
• Overcoming breastfeeding challenges
• Breastfeeding when you're out and about
• Navigating nighttime feedings
• Combining breastfeeding and pumping
• Nutrition for the breastfeeding mother
• And much, much more!

• If you'd prefer to attend in person, register here.
• All mothers are welcome to join, regardless of where you delivered.
• You'll benefit from attending if you have a baby who is days, weeks, or months old.
• You'll receive access information for the group the day before the event. Access information changes weekly.
• Female participants only, please.
