Many women's breastfeeding journeys include pumping. In this practical one session class, you'll learn everything you need to know about pumping, storing and feeding breast milk.

You may wish to wait to order your pump until after you've taken this class because we will discuss the many options available to you.

If you have your pump, please bring it with you to the class.

• All families, including those who are delivering in a hospital other than the Pavilion for Women are welcome to attend this class!

• This class is for anyone intending to pump breastmilk for their babies. Partners are welcome to attend.
