About this Class

Breastfeeding your baby can be both rewarding and challenging. This is a live class on Zoom, led by a certified lactation counselor. You will learn about:

  • How breast milk is made, and how to ensure you make plenty of breast milk
  • How to hold your baby and latch him or her to the breast
  • Signs that your baby is getting plenty of milk
  • Solving common breastfeeding problems
  • Caring for your breasts
  • How partners and family members can help mom with breastfeeding
  • Where and how to get help with breastfeeding

Class Details
  • This class is attended by mothers-to-be and their partners. Other support people are also welcome to attend.
  • This is a live virtual class led on Zoom. Your instructor will encourage you to ask question throughout the class, so that you leave class with the information you need.
  • Attend during your last trimester of pregnancy.
