About This Class

This one-session class is loaded with practical tips for first-time parents with little or no experience taking care of a baby. You will learn basic newborn care, and have your questions answered. Topics include:

  • Swaddling
  • Diapering
  • Bathing
  • Newborn appearance
  • Understanding your baby's needs
  • Soothing a crying infant
  • Creating a safe environment for your baby
  • New parent resources

Class Details
  • This is a live, remote class, which will be conducted on Zoom.
  • This class is attended by parents expecting their first baby, grandparents seeking a refresher on newborn care, and other newborn caregivers.
  • Attend during the last trimester of pregnancy.
