Every breastfeeding woman benefits from guidance and support. Join this in-person breastfeeding mothers' group to get plenty of both! This is an opportunity for new mothers to share their experiences, ask questions, and hear what's worked for other mothers. The group is guided by an experienced lactation consultant. The content for each session is determined by the group members' needs. Topics discussed may include:

• The early weeks of breastfeeding
• Overcoming breastfeeding challenges
• Breastfeeding when you're out and about
• Navigating nighttime feedings
• Combining breastfeeding and pumping
• Nutrition for the breastfeeding mother
• And much, much more!

• All breastfeeding people are welcome to attend, regardless of where they delivered.
• Attend with your baby. Babies range in age from just a few days to six months. Please note that we are unable to accommodate children or babies over six months of age in this session.
• Female support people are welcome to attend with the new mother and baby.
• Space is limited, so you must register to attend.
• We do not provide parking validation for this group.
