This virtual conference will focus on the intersection between Healthcare & Social Services to support Healthy Aging.
A variety of interprofessional speakers will cover topics including:
- Resilient caring for caregivers and providers
- Addressing social isolation
- Vulnerable older adult populations including LGBT and those living with disabilities
- Technology to support aging in place
- Navigating community agencies and social services to support healthy aging
- Ageism & Ableism
Join us for a full-day interprofessional continuing education program. This full-day agenda will address a range of aging-related health issues, with COMPLIMENTARY registration for up to 500 attendees. This virtual conference will focus on the intersection between Healthcare & Social Services to support Healthy Aging.
Complimentary registration for medical, nursing, dental, and social work health care providers is made possible by a collaborative partnership between Baylor College of Medicine, UTHealth Consortium on Aging, The Phyllis Gough Huffington Endowed Lecture Series, Cizik School of Nursing at UTHealth, UTHealth School of Dentistry PACE Center, and University of Houston Graduate School of Social Work.
