An EMT is a health care professional trained in the basic skills needed for rendering care to patients in need of emergency care and transport due to illness or injury.

This course provides the student with core knowledge and skills to function in the capacity of an EMT. Upon successful completion of the EMT course, the candidate is eligible to take the National Registry exam to obtain National Certification as an EMT and then apply for Colorado State certification as an EMT.

$1,400.00 tuition is required upon registration. Agency billing is a payment option. We do not invoice individuals.

The following are the requirements to take the EMT Course:

1. Applicant must be at least18 years of age.

2. Applicant must provide completion of high school education or equivalent.

3. Applicant must be able to read at the 10th grade level or higher.

Cancellation / Refunds:

• Individuals cancelling prior to the first day of class will be refunded tuition paid, less a $50 enrollment processing charge.
• Refunds requested after class has begun will be pro-rated based on hours attended.
• In the event the course is cancelled, a 100 percent refund will be given. The refund will be exclusive of books, tools and supplies.
