The Career and Technical Education Summer Program is the largest and the most comprehensive professional development opportunity in the state for Career and Technical Education professionals at all levels of instruction and in all program disciplines.
This year's conference will offer a limited Virtual Only registration. The virtual programming will be archived and made available following the conference. Live streaming may be available for the Opening Session on July 21. All current (July) COVID-19 protocols from the state and The Galt House will be in place for an in-person conference.
Only registrations made online will be accepted. Click on Register Now button below. Complete the registration form and click on Submit Registration to complete the process. A confirmation email will be sent. Please include a printed copy of the confirmation when mailing check or Purchase Order payments.
Conference planning during COVID-19 pandemic has been a real challenge. One of the challenges that we are facing now is a change in the registration policy for the CTE Summer Program. With the increase cost in food and beverage, the hotel guarantees needed, and to ensure protocols are in place for the safety and health of the conference attendees, it will be necessary to close registration on June 15, 2021.
The link to access the virtual conference will also be available to those who have registered to attend in-person. There will be no changes in registration (virtual to in-person or in-person to virtual), cancellations or refunds after June 15, 2021.

THERE WILL BE NO ON-SITE REGISTRATION
Registration booths at the conference will be used for handing out conference credentials and information.

Purchase Orders, please send a copy of your purchase order with a list of attendees by June 1, 2021.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Full refunds may be given through June 4, 2021, and partial refunds (less $25 processing fee) may be given from June 5 - 15, 2021. The registration fee is nonrefundable after June 15, 2021.
If you register for the Summer Program and do not attend, the registration fee is not refundable and is payable unless the registration is cancelled by June 15, 2021.

NAME BADGES
Name Badges are required for entry to all events and meal functions. Replacement badges are $5.00.
ELECTRONIC/PRINTED PROGRAM
The conference program will be available online in a PDF format by July 16, 2021, and can be printed for personal reference. A mobile application will be available for smart phones and tablets.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT CERTIFICATES
School districts may award Professional Development hours for attendance at the CTE Summer Program. Attendees will receive a certificate of attendance/participation for the 2021 CTE Summer Program upon completion of the conference evaluation in August to document attendance/participation.
CERTIFICATES WILL ONLY BE AVAILABLE UNTIL OCTOBER 1, 2021. No certificates will be issued after this date.
HOTEL RESERVATIONS
Call The Galt House Hotel at 800-843-4258 to make room reservations. Identify yourself as attending the Career and Technical Education Summer Program in order to receive the convention rates. Reservations must be made by June 11, 2021, to guarantee a room. KACTE WILL NOT MAKE HOTEL RESERVATIONS.
