The Career and Technical Education Summer Program is the largest and the most comprehensive professional development opportunity in the state for Career and Technical Education professionals at all levels of instruction and in all program disciplines.
The 2022 CTE Summer Program VIRTUAL option has been cancelled. The decision was made at the KACTE Board Meeting, April 28, in conjunction with the Office of Career and Technical Education and the Kentucky Community and Technical College System due to a lack of interest.
Only registrations made online will be accepted. Click on Register Now button below. Complete the registration form and click on Submit Registration to complete the process. A confirmation email will be sent. Please include a printed copy of the confirmation when mailing check or Purchase Order payments.
Registration will close on July 1, 2022. On-site registration will be available only to new hires.
PAYMENT
Checks payable to KACTE, P.O. Box 4583, Frankfort, KY 40604-4583.
Purchase Orders, please email a copy of your purchase order with a list of attendees by June 1, 2022. Any purchase orders received after June 1, 2022, will incur a $50 late fee. Email your purchase order to krisstone56@gmail.com.
Credit card payment is available when registering online.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Full refunds may be given through June 3, 2022, and partial refunds (less $25 processing fee) may be given from June 4 – 10, 2022. The registration fee is nonrefundable after June 10, 2022.
If you register for the Summer Program and do not attend, the registration fee is not refundable and is payable unless the registration is cancelled by June 10, 2022.

NAME BADGES
Name Badges are required for entry to all events and meal functions. Replacement badges are $5.00.
ELECTRONIC/PRINTED PROGRAM
The conference program will be available online in a PDF format by July 15, 2022, and can be printed for personal reference. A mobile application will be available for smart phones and tablets.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT CERTIFICATES
School districts may award Professional Development hours for attendance at the CTE Summer Program. Attendees will receive a certificate of attendance/participation for the 2022 CTE Summer Program upon completion of the conference evaluation in August to document attendance/participation.
CERTIFICATES WILL ONLY BE AVAILABLE UNTIL OCTOBER 1, 2022. No certificates will be issued after this date.
