The CTE Meeting Place – the exhibiting opportunity to interact with Kentucky's CTE teachers and administrators at the 2023 Kentucky Career and Technical Education (CTE) Summer Program – will be held at the Galt House Hotel, Louisville, KY, July 18-20. The theme of the 2023 Kentucky CTE Summer Program is Empowering High Quality CTE for Students.

The CTE Meeting Place will provide a networking forum where teachers and administrators can review products and services to improve CTE instruction, and institutions and businesses can interact with teachers and administrators to build understanding to improve mutual success. Please share your ideas, programs, products, services, processes, and recommendations to enhance student achievement and teacher effectiveness. There were more than 1,800 in-person attendees in 2022.

Proposals will only be accepted through this online link. The firm deadline for receipt of proposals is February 1, 2023.

The 2023 CTE Summer Program is reconfiguring The CTE Meeting Place to improve attendee movement and create more of a community experience. Previous exhibitors may request the same or similar location in the CTE Meeting Place. A diagram of the reconfigured meeting place is available by emailing kmstone1951@gmail.com.

 All booths are furnished with 8' draped back wall with 3' draped side rails; one draped/pleated, covered table (2' x 8' x 30”), two folding chairs, one trash receptacle, one 7” x 44” identification sign. Four exhibitor badges are included.

Platinum Sponsorship -- $5,000

Platinum Sponsor(s) receive name recognition for sponsoring the Opening Session or other Educational Presentations; Display of a Sponsor-produced 2-minute video at the Opening Session; signage throughout the conference; program recognition; double exhibit space (additional fee for more than double booth space*); and post-Summer Program distribution of approved information to all attendees' e-mail addresses through Summer Program management.

Diamond Sponsorship -- $2,500

Diamond Sponsor(s) receive name recognition for sponsoring the keynote presenter; signage throughout the conference; program recognition; double exhibit space (additional fee for more than double booth space*); and post-Summer Program distribution of approved information to all attendees' e-mail addresses through Summer Program management.

Gold Sponsorship Showplace -- $1,000

Gold Sponsor(s) receive name recognition for sponsoring lunches or continental breakfasts or refreshment breaks; signage throughout the conference; program recognition; single exhibit space (additional fee for more than single booth space*); and post-Summer Program distribution of approved information to all attendees' e-mail addresses through Summer Program management.

Door Prizes

The Kentucky CTE Summer Program will feature daily door prizes donated by exhibitors and sponsors. Drawn names will be announced in The CTE Meeting Place. All sponsors and exhibitors may participate.
