Reflective Case Review Session
1:30 PM - 2:30 PM

Objective:
This is an opportunity for home visitors to come together in a shared space to listen and support each other regarding what is going on in the work and to share specific cases that home visitors are currently working with.

Goals
a. To create a safe and trusting environment first and foremost
b. To honor everyone’s opinions and respect each other
c. To encourage everyone to stay open and curious by asking open-ended questions and using exploration.
d. Try to refrain from jumping to solutions and problem-solving as a case is shared—what does that mean? It entails diving deep into the case and ultimately having the home visitor come up with their own plan of next steps, with possible suggestions from the group as exploration has been happening.
e. To be respectful—keep specifics about individuals in the room.
