Discover impactful marketing techniques that make a prospective client say 'I want to hire you!' You'll dive into market segmentation where you'll identify your target market. You'll learn about many, many ways to go about marketing yourself and you'll build out an effective marketing plan.
At the Professional level, students are expected to perform with a high degree of competence, technique, acting skill, and a well-developed ability to take direction. Please attend class in your working voice over booth or broadcast-quality recording space.

Christy is a former corporate gal who ditched the role of “cog-in-a-wheel” to live a more authentic and creative life. Her path led her to voiceover and she has excelled in growing her business. She found herself getting a LOT of questions about how to run a business, so in 2022, she launched Daytime Hero, a company that teaches the business behind voiceover. Christy has a degree in Psychology, an MBA in Management, and over 20 years of corporate and small business experience - and she wants to share all her knowledge and experience with you! She’s passionate about sharing knowledge and positive energy, and nothing in this world makes her happier than helping others succeed in their passions.
When not behind the mic or running Daytime Hero, you’ll find her teaching pole fitness classes, cheering on the SF Giants, watching some F1 racing, and baking amazing cakes.
