Promoting Student Thinking in the HS Science Classroom

In this series, participants will look at ways to develop student-centered learning activities that foster collaboration and encourage students to move from dependent to independent learners. Participants will focus on creating a classroom culture that supports students carrying the cognitive load, using formative assessment to provide targeted feedback to help students successfully attain learning goals.

This 3-session course will be offered on 2/21/23, 2/22/23, & 2/23/2023 at 9:00 - 11:00 AM EST. ***YOU MUST ATTEND ALL SESSIONS TO COMPLETE THE SERIES.***
