Together, the Threats and Hazards Identification Risk Assessment (THIRA), and Stakeholder Preparedness Review (SPR), is the preparedness assessment used to understand the risks affecting our communities and the capabilities needed to minimize the impacts the threats and hazards will have.

 

Whole community stakeholder involvement is a critical component to understanding the preparedness of our communities and ultimately saving more lives. This workshop will gather subject matter experts together to discuss capabilities in large groups and breakout groups to better understand the capabilities state agencies have to respond to the state's threats and hazards.


Workshop Objectives
  • To understand State Agency Capabilities and Gaps
  • Determine local Jurisdictions Gaps that can be filled with State Support
  • Finalize State Agency SPR Input

State Agency Partners in Planning, Operational Communications, Operational Coordination, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure Systems Water/ Wastewater, Fire Management and Suppression, Economic Recovery, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Community Resilience, and Public Health Healthcare & EMS
