Together, the Threats and Hazards Identification Risk Assessment (THIRA), and Stakeholder Preparedness Review (SPR), is the preparedness assessment used to understand the risks affecting our communities and the capabilities needed to minimize the impacts the threats and hazards will have.
Whole community stakeholder involvement is a critical component to understanding the preparedness of our communities and ultimately saving more lives. This workshop will gather subject matter experts together to discuss capabilities in large groups and breakout groups to better understand the capabilities state agencies have to respond to the state's threats and hazards.
