STR Certification

While the STR Certification Course content applies to all locations, the examples and discussions within this particular course session will be focused mainly on the Las Vegas Valley. We will review the current ordinance changes for Unincorporated Clark County and the Cities of Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, and Henderson. Knowing how to find answers within changing regulations will help hosts, managers, realtors, investors, government officials, hoteliers, and STR industry vendors.

Renting a home or a room to guests for short stays can be profitable - or it can create loss and liability. Understanding and applying industry best practices can benefit STR management, code compliance, and profitability.

The STR Certification Course explores proven STR best practices regarding applicable laws, accounting, pricing, marketing, platform listings, guest and neighbor relations, contracts, maintenance, housekeeping, design, decor, amenities, security, safety, LTR versus STR laws and practices, technology, monitoring systems, investments, challenges, opportunities, and more!

This course session also qualifies for STR education requirements in several cities and counties. And it's been approved and is hosted by many universities and real estate divisions. This course session qualifies for 3 General CE through the Nevada Real Estate Division for qualified realtors (CE.6583000-RE STR Industry Laws and Financial Best Practices).

This acclaimed certification course provides two full days of live instruction from an International Expert on vacation home/short-term rental (STR) hosting, investing, and management with over thirty years of successful experience.
