Vision, values, and culture are words we often hear in the context of business. But how is a compelling vision actually set? How can we ensure that the values we communicate are aligned with the behavior and actions of the company? And how do these choices shape the resulting culture of the organization? This Bootcamp will focus on helping participants align these abstract concepts using a practical tool which they can implement immediately. Participants will workshop the ways in which they are communicating their corporate citizenship and business visions, evaluate whether they are appropriately connected, and determine which impacts to achieve with corporate citizenship programs. By the end of this section, each participant will be able to articulate how their citizenship programs are both a reflection and a reinforcement of their company’s overall vision and values.
