Join Sarah Oaks for online yoga this fall/winter to take a break from the responsibilities of teaching and let someone instruct you! You need only show up with a mat, an open mind, and comfortable, non-restrictive clothing. Sarah’s style of yoga is hatha-vinyasa based, which translates to short holds in poses and linking movement with breath. She encourages everyone to simply do what they can and “listen to your own body.” Yoga props like a belt (any belt, not necessarily a yoga strap) and blocks or a pillow can be useful. Expect a short centering time at the beginning of practice and several minutes of savasana or resting time at the end.

Sarah is a 500+ hour certified yoga teacher with additional certificates in Kids Yoga, Chair Yoga, Pre-Natal Yoga, and courses/workshops in Ayurveda, Sanskrit, and Trauma Informed Yoga.
