This workshop is for ALL leaders in education and outside of education. This workshop is perfect for anyone who works with people.
Participants will learn skills that can be utilized immediately to strengthen relationships and respond to conflict in classrooms, communities, or organizations.
Participants will learn a range of strategies to use everyday:
How to set expectations while being supportive
Practice how to provide direct feedback and how to ask questions that foster accountability
Learn the most effective methods to resolve common conflicts
