The purpose of this program is to prepare participants to pass the new PMP exam (starting January 2021), which reflects a greater emphasis on the agile approach to managing projects. The program includes an extensive overview of the three project management domains: people (42% of the questions), process (50% of the questions), and business environment (8% of the questions). This program satisfies the 35-contact hour requirement participants need to qualify to take the new PMP examination. Upon completion of the three days of live, instructor-led, sessions (virtually or on-site), Grail LLC will give each participant a username and password to access presentation review questions. Grail provides the Internet platform for these questions. Each participant will have access to these questions for six months following the completion of the onsite portion of the program.
