Course Description

This Conference will explore the medical/legal lessons learned from the COVID-19 pandemic, including in particular: 1) the medical and legal impact of the pandemic on health care disparities; 2) the ethical, privacy and human resources issues that have arisen due to the pandemic; 3) health care fraud that occurred during the pandemic; 4) the increased use of telehealth during the pandemic and the medical and legal consequences of such use; and 5) the impact of the pandemic on health care innovation.
