Summer institute for teachers focused on strategies for equity and inclusion in the classroom. Organized by CSU in Collaboration with Tri-C and CMSD.

By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to list methods to include Equity and Inclusion in the classroom.

This program will provide attendees with a certificate recognizing 6 hours (60 clock hours) of continuing education at the conclusion of the event.

Please note: In the State of Ohio Teacher continuing education courses can only be used for state recertification by teachers who are currently employed full-time in an Ohio school district and have oversight by Local Professional Develop Committee (LPDC). College credit course will likely be required for teachers seeking recertification who are not part of a LPDC. Cleveland State University strongly encourages educators to check with your school district and/or state licensing agency to verify if CE courses will meet your LPDC and/or state requirements for state recertification.
