Course Description

This 12-hour course is ideal for RNs, LVNs, Paramedics and EMTs looking to increase their cardiac clinical competency and includes a comprehensive study of Basic Cardiac Arrhythmia Identification. This comprehensive course covers:

Basic level of cardiac anatomy
Learn to read an EKG strip
Determine what the normal components of the EKG waveform
Examine the basic cardiac dysrhythmias
Increase your knowledge of the causes and treatments of cardiac arrhythmias.
The BRN does not recognize CE’s for RNs for this class, therefore RNs will receive a completion certificate. For specific course approval, please contact your accrediting agency to confirm continuing education.

Course Fee: $240.00

includes non-refundable $50 registration fee.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

$50 registration fee is non-refundable. If you cancel prior to the scheduled period of instruction, AHE will refund any money that you paid less specified non-refundable fees. Students who attend first day of class will not receive a refund.
