Ethics, Professionalism, Confidentiality; The Role of Paraprofessional within the context of IDEA; Training, Coaching, Monitoring and Support for the Independence Paraprofessional; Required Forms; Supporting Teacher Instruction ~ Academic Supports and Social-Emotional-Behavior Supports; Physical-Health; Sensory Processing, Educational/Behavior Strategies; Paraprofessional Planning Tool, Working with adults as partners, Building Social Supports, Assistive Technology, Building and Developing Relationships, Behavior Interventions and Data Collection, Fading Prompts and Building Independence. Additional topics may be added based upon participant feedback.
