Intro to 'New' Google Sites

Discover how to create and share a complete, responsive website using Google Sites. It is a powerful tool that doesn't require any knowledge of coding or web development. Learn how to design and organize a site with just a few clicks. We will walk through the interface, show how to manage a site, add collaborators, content, work with text and links, and more!

This will take place as a Zoom meeting. Participants will receive the link to join the meeting via their confirmation email.

 

 


Session Outcomes

At the completion of this workshop, participants will be able to create, update and publish a Google site. They will understand how to share the site and use it for collaboration.


Target Audience

 

  • New and beginner users of New Google sites that need to be able to create and modify simple web sites that support collaboration between different editors.

  • Existing users of Classic Google Sites that will be moving to New Google Sites.
