You will create a framed work of art using washi tape, a Japanese decorative tape, by placing strips of washi on a piece of paper. Then, you will place a Cricut-made cut-out, which will be supplied, over your washi. Both pieces will be added to a frame that you can hang on a wall or sit on a tabletop. Limit of 16.
