Kristen Orsini-Walker teaches this mat yoga practice, which will focus on deep stretches guided at a slower pace to give ample time for your muscles to soften and your nervous system to relax. Please bring a mat, two blocks, a strap, a blanket and, if you have one, an eye pillow for an extra relaxing savasana. Chairs will be available if you would like to have one nearby.
